:::::I'm sorry for that, I wrote on his talk page just after a message LeoFrank. From the past week many users are vandalising pages, so I took it in a wrong way. Don't mind. I don't want to insult you at all. 6 years means you are a good editor. My intention was not to hurt you, only to tell that it is mentioned in bifurcation of AP section. Thank you,--] (]) 17:40, 7 June 2014 (UTC) |

Moving junction stations
Dear @Vin09, recently i see to that you have moved a lot of junction station articles from "XXXXX Junction railway station" to "XXXXX railway station". Could u please guide me in which naming convention at wiki and where there exists such rule/guideline for initiating such moves? --βα£α(ᶀᶅᶖᵵᵶ) 15:07, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
Actually I saw this page which may be a UK guide and even asked a master editor USer:Strike Eagle, after some discussion he guided me about how to write names, but its not my intention to spoil those pages, I just want name all of them uniquely as other stations like Nagpur which is a junction is named as just a railway station but all others differently. Sorry, if I was wrong. If you know better please guide me about railway stations, divisions names.--Vin09 (talk) 15:39, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
Noted your move on Delhi Junction railway station. At times, i do agree it is confusing when the Indian Railway website just mentions the name but the evidence at the railway station noted xxxx Junction. How about a discussion on the concerned talk page prior making such moves?? Superfast1111 (talk) 16:18, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- Also, just now I saw your discussion at this page. You had similar discussion. I too was very much confused about it.--Vin09 (talk) 16:21, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- Yes I do accept it was a hurry move I feel sorry for that. If you guide me I will definitely contribute and such things will not be repeated.--Vin09 (talk) 16:24, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
Yes,it is confusing but in the absence of a clear guidelines/instructions, i would hold off on moving pages. By the way, you need to reverse Mathura Junction railway station as Indian railway website & station-boards show Mathura Junction. Superfast1111 (talk) 17:22, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- I would do--Vin09 (talk) 17:26, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- But should I have to request it at admin page?--Vin09 (talk) 17:35, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- I would do--Vin09 (talk) 17:26, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
Rollback abuse
This is abuse of rollback rights. Please go through WP:ROLLBACK. Rollback is supposed to be used only for reverting clear cut vandalism and not for content disputes. Also, deleting comments from your talk page is not a good practice, it is always visible in the history. It is best to archive your talk page. See here for more. — LeoFrank 17:23, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- To add, this warning is inappropriate. The editor was in no way vandalizing the page. Read WP:NOTVAND. — LeoFrank 17:25, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- ok I will not do that again. Actually I wanted to tell him it was not official name, he reverted it again, so again if I do more than twice will block me, as earlier I got notice. So, I have given caution notice. Also, pls tell me how to archive talk pages.--Vin09 (talk) 17:28, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
- There is no rule on Misplaced Pages that a name does not have to be official to be mentioned. If that were the case, Bombay would not be mentioned on the Mumbai page. Seemandhra *is* a name for AP used post bifurcation, and I added a reference to it in order to avoid confusion amongst readers. Furthermore, please discuss issues in a civil manner instead of pasting templates meant for vandals on my page. I've been editing here for six years, and I found it extremely insulting. --RaviC (talk) 17:30, 7 June 2014 (UTC)

- If you wanted to tell him something, you should've written that on his talk page in your own words or on the talk page of the article (and asking him to see it on the article talk page) instead of a template warning. — LeoFrank 17:37, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
