I believe that Alexyflemming should be banned from editing all Cyprus-related articles. He is a (paid?) supporter of the illegal entity that calls itself "Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus", a pseudostate not recognized by any other state in the world, except for Turkey, which took over a third of Cyprus to make this protectorate. He is a dangerous person who should be not be allowed to continue these dangerous edits. ] (]) 18:33, 15 October 2014 (UTC) |

United States Federal Court also Kicked Greek Cypriots
United States Federal Court: "..Greek Cypriots cannot claim that the government in control of Northern Cyprus gave their homes to Turkish Cypriots....Although the United States does not recognize it as a state, the TRNC purportedly operates as a democratic republic with a president, prime minister, legislature and judiciary...TRNC is not vulnerable to a lawsuit in Washington". Source.Alexyflemming (talk) 14:18, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
- As an expert on Northern Cyprus, no less, one would expect you to study carefully and be sure to understand the sources you use. It seems that you have not done this regarding the US Federal Court case. This "milestone case", as I think you called it somewhere, is in reality not very dramatic. The court ruled that it would not hear the case, but dismissed it, which was what the defendants (TRNC) wanted. In that sense the TRNC won the case, since the court decided that it did not have the jurisdiction to rule in it. And that was that.
- The presentation you have been trying to plaster all over the Cyprus area of WP is problematic for several reasons, the main problem being that you do not mention that this only was a dismissal on the ground of jurisdiction.
- As to your quotes: The quotes are not from the court ruling, but from the comment in the "Courthouse News Service". This is absolutely a reliable source, but it is not part of the court ruling. So when you state that the court "ruled that 'Greek Cypriots cannot ...' ", pretending to cite from the court ruling, it is simply not true.
- In addition, your first quote is not correct, since you have omitted the small, but important word "here". The CNS says "Greek Cypriots cannot claim here that ...", underlining the fact that this is about jurisdiction, not about the case itself. The second and third quote (from CNS, not from the court) are also used to explain that the ruling is a question of jurisdiction.
- If you want to build a consensus for this Court ruling to be mentioned in Misplaced Pages, you will at least have to get the facts right. --T*U (talk) 15:45, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- I've tried to make it actually factual here. I don't know if we should keep it. 31.153.94.183 (talk) 16:36, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of one week for disruptive editinig, including edit warring at Northern Cyprus, edit warring over same material on other pages, personal attacks, distortion of events, and agenda-driven edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice:{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Bbb23 (talk) 16:58, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- I was blocked while the 3RR-violation claim is directed towards me. I think it would be more fair (if one think to block me) after I defended myself towards new claims! Here are the things that I could not write there:
- @31.153.94.183, you reverted with the edit summary "This is about a case a US court did not, actually hear.". However, you are missing the fact that USA Federal Court rejected the Greek Cypriots just at the beginning of trial process. There is more strong rejection than "hearing and rejecting". The Court rejected without hearing. The essence is this.
To what are you objecting (when its essence is clear) after I gave sources from official website? Do you want live broadcasting from the Courthouse?
...prove Northern Cyprus is super legit. I have no such aim. I list new court decisions both favor and disfavor NC. If there is a trend towards NC in court decisions, this is not from me; from courts and organizations. Before all, I did not force Rep. of Cyprus to match with Northern Cyprus in 2010 European Billiard Championship. They matched. I recorded. That is all. This is all similar for the other events; memberships etc.
..."Isn't casual racism lovely?" You were mentioned "island nation of Cyprus" though TCs and GCs are completely different for 500 years: religion, race, language, etc. I reported this things in Arbitration Committee. And Dr. K. was rejected by Arbitration Committee.
@Dr.K. you claim "island nation of Cyprus". You distort history. You also mentioned me as "SPA account" when the discussions in Arbitration Committee. You were reported to Arbitration Committee. AC rejected you. WP:DROPTHESTICK! Horse is really dead! Please leave! Please show minimal respect to Arbitration Committee's decision!
@Dr.K.: "AE report I filed today under ARBMAC which was rejected on technical grounds ..."
- WP:DROPTHESTICK If you have "lost" – sorry, hard luck. Now go about your business; don't keep reminding us that your "opponent" didn't actually "win" because of... whatever..Alexyflemming (talk) 17:20, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
