:Disagree. I think both articles are independently offering value to the readers. Kaymu.com is discussing about the global presence of this marketplace whereas Kaymu Pakistan is about its presence only in Pakistan. Moreover, Kaymu Pakistan, as mentioned in the article, is owned jointly by Rocket Internet and Ooredoo whereas globally it's not owned by Ooredoo but only by Rocket Internet.
