Broken redirect

Hello. You recently created the article Depavali, which reads in its entirety "#REDIRECT ]". (You'd be surprised how often this happens!) In the future, if you delete any of my images which I have created, please inform me about the deletion and the reasons behind it. For example, the deletion regarding File:Image-Youth-soccer-indiana.jpg. If I know the reason for this deletion, I would become a better editor and an uploader in the future. Hi Siva! That image was not deleted, just moved to Wikimedia Commons with the file name Image:Youth-soccer-indiana.jpg, and I had updated all file links to point to the new file. Wikimedia commons images can be accessed on any Wikimedia project in the same way that you access any other image (it appears in the Image: namespace with a note saying it's from commons), so it is preferable to upload images with a free licence or in the public domain (no fair use!) to the commons instead of to this local Misplaced Pages. Deleted images

Hello Siva, I've deleted images you mention under WP:CSD#I9. The deletion logs contain names of the images on Commons (like this), so they're still available. In fact, you shouldn't have uploaded Image:793px-Singapore old MRT map.png at all. Conscious 07:27, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

Long-Overdue RfA Thanks from Alphachimp

Thanks for your support in my not-so-recent RfA, which was successful with a an overwhelmingly flattering and deeply humbling total of 138/2/2 (putting me #10 on the RfA WP:100). I guess infinite monkey theorem has been officially proven. Chimps really can get somewhere on Misplaced Pages.
