Disambiguation link notification for October 13
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of current champions in TNA Wrestling, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lashley (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Template:KidsTVBlocksUSA Twinkle abuse
One must understand Misplaced Pages policies and use this tool within these policies or risk having one's account blocked. Anti-vandalism tools, such as Twinkle, Huggle, and rollback, should not be used to undo good-faith changes unless an appropriate edit summary is used. You did not follow this at Template:KidsTVBlocksUSA. Spshu (talk) 14:28, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
- Spshu Drop the condescending attitude, or YOU will be the one who is blocked. Vjmlhds 01:37, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
- Pointing out that you reversed a good faith change with TW with out "appropriate edit summary" is not a condescending attitude. "Not needed" doesn't say any thing. I am not the one abusing Twinkle. I can not be block for pointing out that you are abusing it. It is you that has a condescending attitude in that you will not look into the matter (not hard - click through to the Litton blocks) and that you know all. Which by referring to Litton as just a producer (when it has been point out that that Litton is the syndicator: "yes grouping needed as Litton syndicates those blocks to those net affil." with my first reversal and your two edit report summary calling Litton just a "producer") in your edit summary you clearly don't know much about these Litton and Rotfeld E/I blocks. Discussion has already started on the talk page prior to your last revert. --Spshu (talk) 12:57, 27 October 2016 (UTC)

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring. The thread is Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Vjmlhds reported by User:Electricburst1996 (Result: ). Thank you. ElectricBurst(Zaps) 19:50, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
- You are risking a block per Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Vjmlhds reported by User:Electricburst1996 (Result: ). You may be able to avoid sanctions if you will agree to take a break from editing this template, and wait for consensus on talk. EdJohnston (talk) 00:26, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
- EdJohnston Fine by me - I'm done with the template...not worth the hassle. Vjmlhds 00:44, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
- Per your above agreement, I've closed the edit warring report with just a warning to you and Spshu. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 00:52, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
- EdJohnston Never meant for it to get to this point. If you look at the template's talk page, you'll see I put in a request for a 3rd party to offer their $0.02 on the matter in an effort to break the tie as it were - you'd seem like a good a candidate as any for the job if you wish to take a look-see. Vjmlhds 00:55, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
- As an admin I don't want to offer my own vote. Consider WP:3O. There are other ways you could bring in more people, for instance from a WikiProject. Several projects are listed on the template's talk page. You could also ask User:Electricburst1996 who brought the complaint if he has any suggestions. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 01:14, 28 October 2016 (UTC)

WikiProject Good Articles's 2016-2017 GA Cup
Greetings, all! We would like to announce the start of the 4th GA Cup, a competition that seeks to encourage the reviewing of Good article nominations! Thus far, there have been three GA Cups, which were successful in reaching our goals of significantly reducing the traditionally long queue at GAN, so we're doing it again. Currently, there are over 400 nominations listed. We hope that we can again make an impact this time. The 4th GA Cup will begin on November 1, 2016. Four rounds are currently scheduled (which will bring the competition to a close on February 28, 2017), but this may change based on participant numbers. We may take a break in December for the holidays, depending on the results of a poll of our participants taken shortly after the competition begins. The sign-up and submissions process will remain the same, as will the scoring. Sign-ups for the upcoming competition are currently open and will close on November 14, 2016. Everyone is welcome to join; new and old editors, so sign-up now! If you have any questions, take a look at the FAQ page and/or contact one of the judges. Cheers from 3family6, Figureskatingfan, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. We apologize for the delay in sending out this message until after the competition has started. Thank you to Krishna Chaitanya Velaga for aiding in getting this message out. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletters, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants. |

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
Hello, Vjmlhds. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
