Choobo had help capture the traitorous Thunder Rangers, Hunter and Blake. For doing so, Lothor promoted him to be a General. He manipulated them to be the Power Rangers enemies, again, and transports them to a deserted island. |

Choobo failed to destroy the Rangers, when the Thunder Rangers realized that they were being manipulated, and was banished from the ship. He vowed that he would have his revenge on the Thunder Rangers. He steals the Scroll of Empowerment, which gave him great strength from Lost Ninja Spirits. |
