The supposed references add today do not even touch on the subject of a bread roll containing a potato fritter. They are not pertinent to this article. Mutt Lunker (talk) 21:32, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

]There are variations of Fritter Rolls. Just as there are variations of Hot pockets. Traditionally a potato is used as the filler, and other times, as the references show...Peas, or haggis. Here in the US the fritter traditionally is just fried dough. I will keep working but as i said this one is likely a merge or redirect. Lightburst (talk) 22:58, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
The three sources do not mention "fritter rolls" or give any indication that fritters stuffed with peas, haggis, etc. are actually variations on the fritter roll. They would be reliable sources for fritter but not for this article. –dlthewave 21:24, 27 July 2019 (UTC)
