| EALA provides a European forum for those with an interest in the development of air law. This is achieved mainly through regular conferences and seminars that address current issues affecting the entire spectrum of the aviation industry. These conferences and seminars provide an opportunity to learn about the topical developments of air law and to discuss these developments with many experts that attend these events both as speakers and as delegates. | |||
| EALA’s inaugural conference was held in London in November 1989 and annual conferences have been held since then in Brussels, Berlin, Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Copenhagen, Madrid, Vienna, Lisbon, Athens, Zürich, Stockholm, Budapest, Dublin and Prague. Every other year (since 1997) the Munich Liability Seminar deals with liability issues and in 2006 the biennial Copenhagen Aircraft Finance Legal Seminar was established. | |||
