non-notable doctor. Fails the guidelines on MEDIC, GNG, and any other one you want to follow. Claim to fame is that an obscure competition selected him to fly to space in 2015, there is no evidence that he actually went to space, nor is there any RS that shows that this competition is notable enough to confer notability on its winners.
