] says: "You should avoid linking to a website that you own, maintain or represent, even if the guidelines otherwise imply that it should be linked."

FYI, I do not own, maintain, or represent WikIran. That credit goes to , who is not me. I do not '''represent''' WikIran anymore than I do Iranian.com, Miras Farhangi, IRIB, Tehran University, Tehran, or Iran. Furthermore, it is not advertisement. WikIran's articles have more content than the corresponding WP article. They are useful and necessary to enrich WP.

Example:
*A typical WP article:
*The corresponding WikIran article:

If you have a problem with me or WikIran, I suggest we take this problem to Jimbo Wales directly. Im tired of Iranians stabbing me from behind when all I am trying to do is contributing to all articles whether on WP, WikIran, Iranian.com, IRIB, or Miras Farhangi. Welcome

Hello, Armandeh, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Misplaced Pages Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Continuing our discussion

I'm still new to Misplaced Pages and I'm always hoping that more experienced users will speak up. That's why I'm not rushing to delete articles yet. However, In my opinion, I think it is a priority to maintain the credibility of WP. While I revere this project for its noble goals as a repository of all human knowledge, it's critical that the information we present be verifiable, properly cited, and NPOV. Any article which cannot meet all 3 of those standards is not in compliance with Wiki-policy or with Jimbo's philosophy for what the Misplaced Pages should be. These articles can and should be deleted! That means that more responsible editors need to spend time improving substandard articles where they can and nominating WP:AfDs where they can't. It helps a lot if a number of dedicated editors can work as a team; teamwork is the best way to get anything done :)

I know that other people have different philosophies and again, this is just my opinion. What's your's? --Doc Tropics 02:39, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Re: Source code

The code is a tad messy since I coded it in a hurry (which is why I don't advertise it on the userpage), but you are free to get it from User:Wherebot/Source. -- Where 15:51, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

You're welcome. If you are having any trouble, please ask, and I'll try and help. -- Where 22:53, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

--Kaaveh 21:48, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

You left some edit on my page

And I did not understand it.

wikEd

[REDACTED]
The wikEdlogo

Hi, I have seen that you are using the Cacycle editor extension. This program is no longer actively maintained in favor of its much more powerful successor wikEd.

wikEd has all the functionality of the old editor plus:• syntax highlighting • nifty image buttons • morefixing buttons • paste formatted text from Word or web pages• convert the formatted text into wikicode • adjustthe font size • and much, much more.

Switching to wikEd is easy, check the detailed installation description on its project homepage. Usually it is as simple as changing every occurrence of editor.js into wikEd.js on your User:YourUsername/monobook.js page.

Still Banned...

Jenab Hesam, I shouldn't have called Mr. Zahiri a "basiji" and I admit my mistake!! Please let him know that I want to make it up. I was wondering if you can try by any chance to decrease my blocking period.

Many Thanks --Kaaveh 04:09, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Jenabe Hesam ; Actually today my one month ban at Persian Misplaced Pages will be over. so please unlock my account. Merry Christmas --Kaaveh 07:52, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

Protecting pages

I never said your edits were vandalism. I just protected what was up on the pages when I got there—I didn't even bother to look at each of your versions. Also, I couldn't possibly favor one version over another because I have no interest in any of those articles in the first place. Also see m:The Wrong Version. Khoikhoi 06:37, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

Where is the personal attack? I didn't read Khodavand's comment on my talk page for awhile (note the "I may not respond swiftly to queries" sign at the top of my talk page). I have no problem with other admins reviewing my actions however.
I never said I wasn't interested in Iran-related articles. Heck, after I was blocked for brekaing the 3RR on Iranian peoples, I later contributed to it along with another user to make it Misplaced Pages's 1000th FA. I protected all the pages I saw you & Khodavand edit warring on, in an attempt to enforce a "cool down" period.
Out of all the articles I protected, the only one I have heard of is WikIran, and that's because of the AfD that occured recently. Khoikhoi 21:09, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
