In the beginning of the second season Brooke started "hooking up" with Felix and when she thinks that he's finally a good guy she starts dating him. While she's dating him she finds out that the dork of Tree Hill (Mouth) is in love with her, but she continues to date Felix. Later she finds out that he painted the work 'dyke' on Peyton's locker and realizes that he is an asshole. After that she breaks up with Felix he moves to ]. Then Brooke finds out that her parents are moving to California so Brooke moves in with Lucas' mom, because Lucas is living with his dad (Dan). At the end of the second season as Brooke is about to leave to go visit her parents in ] Lucas confessed his love for her. In the third season She realizes that she has been in love with him since the first season, but she is afraid of getting hurt again so she decided that they would date, but nonexclusively. Lucas doesn't date other girls so Brooke accidentally sets him up with a new bratty cheerleader whom Brooke is jealous of in their "Fantasy Boy Draft". But when Lucas goes over to get Brooke she is sleeping with Chris Keller (]). Chris is ] (]), Lucas' best friends, musical partner and the reason Haley and her husband Nathan almost annulled their marriage. Lucas was angry for a while, but Brooke explained that she only did it because she was scared to get too close to Lucas. They finally reunited. However, Brooke is always left with her insecurities due in large part to the fact that Lucas remains close to Peyton. At the end of the third season, Peyton tells Brooke that she has feelings for Lucas which made Brooke furious. In the season 3 finale, Brooke found out about the kiss that Peyton and Lucas shared in the library, but Lucas assured her that it didn't mean anything. But Brooke remained mad at Peyton and ended her friendship with her saying to Peyton that she is a "back-stabbing two faced bitch" and that she doesn't care if she will never see her again. At the end of the episode, we find out that Brooke might be pregnant.
