Welcome to the Fisheries and Fishing WikiProject on the English Misplaced Pages! We are a group dedicated to improving Misplaced Pages's coverage of topics related to fisheries, aquaculture and fishing. If you would like to join us, please feel free to add your name to the list of project members!

Goals
  • To organize articles on fisheries, aquaculture and fishing in a way that is useful.
  • To improve coverage of these areas by creating, expanding, and maintaining articles that describe all of its aspects.
  • To provide guidelines and recommendations for such articles, and to serve as the central point of discussion for issues related to fisheries, aquaculture and fishing in Misplaced Pages.
Scope
The project generally considers articles related to historical or contemporary fisheries, aquaculture or fishing to be within its scope. At the end of September 2015, there were 2,039 articles within the project's scope. During September 2015, the top 1000 articles received 3,605,956 views, averaging 119,712 views per day.
