He has been the presenter of the talk show ''Shabab Talk'' in the Arabic program of Deutsche Welle since 2011 . On 19 October 2015, Abdul Karim traveled to Dresden to report on the demonstrations of the Islamophobic Pegida movement that were taking place there .
