There are '''two different''' "]" singles: one for the '']'', and one for '']''.

The first single was released as a 12" by Web on December 10, 1997. This features the original version of "Just Don't Give a Fuck" and includes "Low Down, Dirty" and "Just The Two of Us" as b-sides. This is the only single from the ''Slim Shady EP''.

The Slim Shady LP

There are two different "Just Don't Give a Fuck" singles: one for the Slim Shady EP, and one for The Slim Shady LP.

The first single was released as a 12" by Web on December 10, 1997. This features the original version of "Just Don't Give a Fuck" and includes "Low Down, Dirty" and "Just The Two of Us" as b-sides. This is the only single from the Slim Shady EP.

The second single was released as a cassette, CD maxi, and 12" by Aftermath and Interscope on October 13, 1998. This features an updated version of "Just Don't Give a Fuck" (with a different instrumental and the word "raped" censored) and includes "Brain Damage" as a b-side. This is the first single from The Slim Shady LP.

Jericho735 (talk) 21:54, 15 August 2023 (UTC)

It's still the same song though, just because there was an update doesn't mean that the overall song changed noteworthily enough to be considered the lead single from the latter release. It's like a remaster of an old song, it's still the same song just with slight differences that aren't noteworthy enough unless specificized otherwise. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 22:18, 15 August 2023 (UTC)

Information icon Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Staying Alive (song), without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 18:26, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Misplaced Pages, as you did to Hilda (TV series), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. the template says "Use dmy dates", but none of the dates are DMY, it is a very pointless template that does not need to be there 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 01:15, 2 January 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Look at My Dab, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Offset. My bad

I didn't see the number changes; I only saw the initial wording change. Normally I am more observant. dannymusiceditor 21:47, 22 April 2023 (UTC)

Stylizations

Don't stylize the artist's names, such as ASAP Rocky and Ty Dolla Sign, the stylized version is only used in their main article and not anywhere else (see MOS:TMSTYLE). TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 15:20, 5 May 2023 (UTC)

Rearranging categories

Please don't unnecessarily rearrange categories based on what you deem to be more important . Some editors prefer alphabetical order of categories, and that is how I had them. Thank you. Ss112 05:01, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

Reverting something over thinking they have more of an occupation than anything.

Hi. I appreciate your rewording edits, but if you know that 6lack and Frank Ocean are more singers than rappers, they should say rappers for them, one for Raf and Stay Down. 2601:196:4A01:D770:9508:7C2:73EB:3AA0 (talk) 05:10, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:55, 28 November 2023 (UTC)

Infobox television date formats

Thanks for your efforts in editing. I just wanted to point out that in {{Infobox television}}, per that template's docs, the dates are formatted using {{Start date}} and {{End date}}. Please don't undo that formatting when editing. Otherwise, it ends up in a maintanance category for someone to come fix. Thanks. ButlerBlog (talk) 13:25, 15 February 2024 (UTC)

Stylizations part 2

Hello. Regarding adding parenthesised notes to the leads of articles, e.g. "(stylized in all caps)", opinions have been sought on these at a Manual of Style talk page previously and have been deemed to be trivial and not detrimental to a reader's understanding if it is not present. Please refer to Special:Permalink/1088443179#MOS:TMSTYLE. Thanks. Ss112 05:15, 14 April 2024 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Singer-songwriters from Rhode Island

A tag has been placed on Category:Singer-songwriters from Rhode Island indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz 20:18, 18 April 2024 (UTC)

English varieties

Information icon Hello. In a recent edit to the page Culture of Australia, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Misplaced Pages has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Misplaced Pages articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Misplaced Pages articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. Graham87 (talk) 11:02, 21 April 2024 (UTC)

Are you kidding me? I literally spelled it the correct Australian way when it was spelled the American way... I literally did the thing you're saying I didn't do... which is respect another form of English. 4TheLuvOfFax (talk) 15:15, 21 April 2024 (UTC)
I'm very sorry, you're right. I didn't check the diff properly. Please disregard this message. Graham87 (talk) 03:53, 22 April 2024 (UTC)
And I just assumed, too, to be honest. I thought the change must have been made recently ... but per WikiBlame it was made in 2019 by EyeZackZin, who stopped editing so long ago it's not worth warning them. Graham87 (talk) 04:06, 22 April 2024 (UTC)

Do not remove parameters in the infobox just because they're empty

Do not do this per Template:Infobox song. You should just leave the fields blank. alt= should always be present per WP:ALT. Thank you. Ss112 18:22, 3 September 2024 (UTC)

Eponymous

Please don't add "eponymous" to an album article; it is already obvious. An essay at Misplaced Pages:The problem with elegant variation explains why. Binksternet (talk) 13:56, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
