I'm reading the of the percentage values for Argentina. It's bad. It's a web survey with a sample size of 1000 and parameterized by sex, age, socioeconomic status and location. I can think of several ways this could be biased for a larger percentage number. Data noise, preference toward internet accesibility, publicity reach. This is not a formal study; there is no formal publication. It's Kantar alright, though it was commissioned by the UVA (the Argentine Vegan Union).

Relating to the Title of the Page, It might be problematic and not inclusive to state "Vegetarianism by country" only as the title. that is why i suggest a change and adding Veganism to the title as well, while still keeping the same page, if possible and if it seems reasonable. additionally, Veganism and Vegetarianism are not the same but the page includes information about both diets, so i think the page title should be changed to "Veganism and Vegetarianism by Country" in conclusion. ] (]) 12:17, 16 October 2024 (UTC)
The 8% vegan statistic is very dubious. The Guardian article it cites says that that 8% is mostly "flexitarian" rather than fully fledged vegan. It also cites earlier studies giving figures of around 1% for full vegans just a few years prior. I'm going to reduce the 8% on this Wiki article down to 1%. Additionally, the 11% vegetarian figure from the Food And You survey includes 1% vegans and 3% vegetarians, with the remainder being "partially vegetarian" (eg flexitarian again). However, the table has a note saying the figure we're presenting in this article includes pescatarians, so I guess that should remain at 11%. ] (]) 04:28, 4 July 2022 (UTC)

Vegetarianism in India
I added one of the origins of the vegetarianism in ancient India and how veagenism and Hinduism connected each other.
Vegetarianism in Argentina
I'm reading the original source of the percentage values for Argentina. This begs to question every other source in this article. This is rock-hard statistics, it necessarily requires the formalisms and thoroughness of proper science. There's a lot of noise in this article and it's seeps out into other sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BrianKovo (talk • contribs) 12:40, 19 April 2023 (UTC)
