	The punctuation in this piece is abysmal - and the piece is clearly written by an 'american'. Dashes are not balanced AND THERE IS THIS TYPICAL AMERICAN FETISH WITH COMMAS. STOP IT!

Remember pragmatically, it is always easier for other editors (who are all volunteers) to just click undo, than to edit your additions, especially when your additions are contentious. In all: consider phrasing these sorts of additions carefully. 	Is it stock photography from a press agency ?
	IMO the photo come from a local photographer from Cannes and thus it could be easy for me to contact the rights owner but I may be wrong.
