It's been around eight years since she hung up her apron, but this recurring guest star calls working on the popular sitcom set a "dream job."

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Amoia dishes on playing Wendy, working with costar Neil Patrick Harris, and how every episode was a happy "surprise" to her.

Amoia, who played Wendy the Waitress in the long-running CBS comedy, will play Maria Bertinelli, the mother of Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s vigilante the Huntress Helena Bertinelli and the wife of mafia syndicate gangster Franco Bertinelli.

In How I Met Your Mother, although Amoia wasn’t one of the main five stars, she was a regular between 2005 and 2011, working at the bar, which was the main set for the show. While she didn’t turn out be Ted’s future wife, she did have sex with Neil Patrick Harris’ Barney behind the bar and made out with Ted’s dad, played by Alfred Mosby.

Since the creators are finishing Cobra Kai, wondering if another American Pie film will be in development. Did find this - On September 29th, 2022, The Hollywood Reporter informed, that another American Pie Presents movie is in the works at Universal 1440. The film is developed and written by Sujata Day. Speaking to ComicBook in May 2023, Stifler actor Sean William Scott revealed the team has "just recently started talking" about a fresh idea for an American Pie 5, clearly proving discussions to revive the beloved franchise are still happening: "I don't know, I just love the character so much.

With ideas only just being thrown around now for American Pie 5, another potential new movie is likely still a few years away from release, especially as it will undoubtedly take some a while to regather the massive and long-separate cast.

As American Pie 5 currently has no writer attached and hasn't yet been announced, speculation is that the earliest it could be released is around late 2026. But fans should brace for a possibly even longer wait if the sequel even happens at all.

Removing her DOB for right now

There doesn't seem to be any reliable source for her DOB at the moment so I removed it. An acceptable source would be actual interview with her like many of the citations in the article have and one where she actually states her age or DOB. And there's contradicting birth years for her on the internet. It might help if we could get info such as what year she graduated high school or college. Kcj5062 (talk) 21:22, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

The hit Netflix series from creators Hayden Schlossberg, Josh Heald and Jon Hurwitz has been rolling out its final season in three parts. Following the release of Parts 1 and 2, Cobra Kai will now conclude with its series finale on Feb. 13, 2025 with Part 3/The Finale Event. The third part of Season 6 lands on Netflix on February 13th. Netflix leaked the release date on a public press site. In other words, the release date is anything but a surprise.

I still don’t love how Netflix chose to release this season. I would have preferred weekly releases of three episodes over the course of six weeks, or any format that kept the episodes closer together. If Netflix wants to change its binge model that’s fine. I don’t think we needed all 18 episodes at once. But stretching them out over the course of eight months is just bizarre. Sit Com Beginnings

Though most known as Wendy the waitress from How I Met Your Mother, her first sit com was playing Diane opposite Matt LeBlanc in Joey, in episode titled Joey and the Book Club. Joey was Matt LeBlancs spin off of Friends. Kcprl3571 (talk) 03:32, 8 July 2024 (UTC)

Saw her in the Christmas episode of NBC's comedy titled St. Denis Medical playing an Elf getting engaged to Santa. She and this whole episode are hysterical. Titled Ho Ho Hollo.

Aligning with the holiday season, Santa pays a visit to St. Denis not to spread the Christmas cheer, but for a 'private' emergency. Bruce and Matt attend a patient dressed as a Santa who visits the ER department with his girlfriend.

It looks like he was quite a romantic at heart, and to make things special for his girlfriend, he decided to propose to his girlfriend dressed as Santa by wearing the ring on his pr*vate part, which then got stuck there.

While the situation is unusual (and funny) for Bruce and Matt, they learn that their ring cutter is broken and that they cannot get the ring out.

While Bruce tries his best to find other options, which include using his sword, Matt contacts the nearest fire department, and they get the ring-timer just in time when Bruce is about to suggest amputation. 65.132.211.210 (talk) 21:36, 25 December 2024 (UTC)
