In addition, she is the President - International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) Africa Region; a position she was elected to on 9th November 2021. She served as the Secretary General- African Ombudsman & Mediators Association (AOMA) and as a Board Member to the African Ombudsman Research Centre (AORC) based at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in Durban, South Africa from 2018 to November 2023.


She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 28 years experience on the Bar. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts, Leadership and Governance degree at Mount Kenya University. Besides, she is a trained Mediator. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 28 years experience on the Bar. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts, Leadership and Governance degree at Mount Kenya University. Besides, she is a trained Mediator.

Florence Kajuju served as a Woman Member of National Assembly representing Meru County in the 11th Parliament (Kenya) where she served as the Chairperson, Ad hoc Committee on Miraa; Chairperson, Parliamentary Committee on Regional Integration; Vice Chairperson, Energy Tribunal; Member, Justice and Legal Affairs Committee; Member of the House Business Committee; Member, Power of Mercy Committee and Member, Council of Legal Education. Prior to her appointment as the Chairperson of the Commission on Administrative Justice, Hon.
