== Rollback ==

Hello {{u|Arjayay}}. I appreciate the extensive and helpful work you do on Misplaced Pages, but I'm concerned about how you are using rollback. There are many instances where you are using rollback without providing any explanation (either in edit summaries or on user talk pages) in situations that are not {{tpq|obvious vandalism}} or another case listed at ].

For example, I noticed a {{diff2|1266924364|rollback}} on ] that was inappropriate for rollback. I then reviewed your five most recent rollbacks, and while your edits are appropriate, you're using rollback too broadly and too often without an explanation:
* {{diff2|1268238755}}: While this is clearly a bad edit, the edit history for {{ip|2A02:2F0C:C00A:6200::/64}} doesn't indicate a vandalism-only editor and some explanation is warranted.
* {{diff2|1268238571}}: The misleading edit summary and unsourced change clearly warrant a warning. (I ''might'' have used rollback here, but with a warning.)
* {{diff2|1268238439}}: This isn't obvious vandalism and needs to be explained. A warning for making unsourced edits would be appropriate as well.
* {{diff2|1268236577}}: This appears to be a good faith edit and undoing it needs to be explained.
* {{diff2|1268238306}}: I'm on the fence between vandalism and unsourced edit here, but it's not so obviously vandalism that I would do it without an explanation. (I ''might'' have used rollback here as well, but with a warning.)

Please try to use rollback in a way that is consistent with ] going forward. Also, warning disruptive editors about policies and guidelines more often would benefit the project. Thank you. ] (]) 22:40, 8 January 2025 (UTC)

Hi @], this is regarding Martin movie budget figures. I see you have changed the figures recently. == Articles for Deletion ==

Greetings, Arjayay. I noticed that you have edited the Brian D'Ambrosio page. This to me is a very strange page. It has been deleted before, but now it has returned. What troubles me is that a) it doesn't meet the notability requirement b) that Misplaced Pages could start pages for anyone under the same circumstances, since all of the same information is copied on various new sites. All cases are recycled in all of the same papers. But none of them are on Misplaced Pages. It seems like this minor person and subject has been singled out for some reason. E-mails

You can use "Email this user", but I will probably reply on your talk page, or the article talk page, as discussions should be open and on the record.
I have experienced problems with e-mails not being delivered, so please leave me a message on this page if I have not replied within 48 hours.

Broadcasted

The Wiktionary definition of Broadcasted states the use is sometimes proscribed, so it should not be used. The word also appears on Misplaced Pages:Lists_of_common_misspellings/B

Broadcasted appears in some dictionaries, but others, e.g. Chambers state "Sorry, no entries for Broadcasted were found".
Broadcast appears in all dictionaries, and should be used as COMMONALITY - "Misplaced Pages tries to find words that are common to all varieties of English".

A May 2023 search for Broadcast gave over 234,000 uses, compared with a search for Broadcasted which gave just 99.
Of these, 16 are redirects to "Broadcast" articles, 14 refer to a 2015 Canadian TV award and 5 relate to a 1924 cartoon. The rest are in quotations.

Hello Arjayay. I appreciate the extensive and helpful work you do on Misplaced Pages, but I'm concerned about how you are using rollback.
