Philip Wills is an American mixologist and businessman who is best known as the current owner of The Spirits in Motion, as well as for appearing on the reality TV show Bar Rescue as both a mixology expert and as a guest host during Season 9. Wills has been a part of Jon Taffer's Bar Rescue crew since 2013.
