*:Bot assessed C class. Bot determined that coverage and accuracy criteria not met. I suggest adding a few sentences to the lead and separating the biography section into Early life, American Civil War and Later life sections, though they will be brief. APPLETONS’ CYCLOPAEDIA OF AMERICAN BIOGRAPHY VOL. VI. SUNDERLAND—ZU RITA has an entry for him. This appears to have some additional information. Since it was published in 1888, he was still alive. I earlier downloaded information from this book since it is available online. I was gathering information on the few generals who still needed biographies but did not find time to proceed. I don't remember a reason but I didn't note the online info for citation so I cannot readily add it here. I think it can be easily found, however. ] (]) 19:33, 3 January 2025 (UTC) *:I have added some citation needed tags. The citations should be provided to retain B class. Most are for verification of the commanders. The bot would consider each bullet point as a separate paragraph and require a citation. I also think these are needed. This is consistent with citations already provided for most of them. Depending on how bullet points are structure, or without using bullet points for a list, a citation in the introductory sentence would also be sufficent if the same source covered all the points. In this regard, the bot would likely also see the introductory sentences for the unit information as separate paragraphs. I view this as superfluous if all the included points have citations and I think other assessors agree. Good work on adding to this article. Please add a reply to me here when this is completed. ] (]) 06:20, 18 January 2025 (UTC)

*::{{ping|Tylermack999}} Some lines had no citations at all. I also noted that Church or similar entry that might be the only one on a line does not cover all information items in columns for that line. Inventory and notes each generally have different citations from specifications. In the Air Force section, some but not all, lines had three citations. Other sections are short of two or even three citations to verify all the information in the line. (Some lines have blank columns but I am assuming they may have all the information available.) I assume that the first citation shown in a line covers all the previous information. The multiple citations on the line lead to the assumption that the first citation covers all the information in previous columns. An examination of the information in some of the first citations showed they do cover the previous information on the line. Citations are needed for each item on a line in a list when the column/item is not covered by the next citation. If the information in a later column is not the same as a previous citation - because a different one was needed to verify info on a column in between - a new citation, even if it repears one earlier in the list, is needed. Otherwise it would appear to be without a citation or covered by a later citation - when in fact it is not. So this list needs many citations to come up to BL class. I hope they can be verified and included without too much work on your part. If not and you wish to leave it as it is, it will remain CL class. If I have made any mistakes please note them back to me when you make the changes.
*::The list is long and has various blank columns and many sources so I don't guarantee that it is mistake free but I think the tags are justified under the guidelines that I have mentioned. Requests for assessment

Shortcut

Editors can self-assess articles against the five B-class criteria up to and including C-Class. If you have made significant improvements to an article against one or more of B-class criteria and would like an outside opinion on a new rating for it, please feel free to list it below, specifying which criteria you have worked on. If you feel unable to assess against one or more of the B-class criteria, please say so when posting. Requests for formal A-Class review should be made at the review department. Please consider entering articles you have improved in the military history article writing contest.

Experienced assessors are encouraged to take a look at Misplaced Pages talk:WikiProject Military history/Coordinators#AutoCheck report for December and check a few of ≈ B-Class assessments. Feel free to downgrade them if you consider they don't meet one or more the criteria. Please also delete any that you have checked. See also Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Spaceflight/Assessment, whose articles often overlap with military history topics.

  • 7th Corps (Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina) - Would you be so kind and reassess this article if it still meets the criteria for B class since a rewrite has been done and more information was added. Thank you. Kind regards. BiHCluster (talk) 10:39, 16 January 2025 (UTC)
I have added some citation needed tags. Hello Donner60, thank you for doing this. I have completed the requested adjustments. BiHCluster (talk) 10:17, 21 January 2025 (UTC)
Thanks. No further edit of the talk page assessment is needed. The previous B class assessment is retained. Donner60 (talk) 00:10, 23 January 2025 (UTC)
  • Tylermack999 (talk) 02:40, 20 January 2025 (UTC) The list List of active United States military aircraft appears to meet the criteria for B-Class or higher, as it has proper citations and referencing.
I was locked out of editing the page due to "maintenance" being performed. There are two citation needed tags and several other entries that have no citations in the line. I would have tagged them but for now, please take another look and add citations to bring this to BL class. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 06:47, 21 January 2025 (UTC)
@Tylermack999: Some lines had no citations at all. If I have made any mistakes please note them back to me when you make the changes.
The list is long and has various blank columns and many sources so I don't guarantee that it is mistake free but I think the tags are justified under the guidelines that I have mentioned. If you disagree with any of this (other than a clear mistake that we can agree to rectify) and wish to have another coordinator or former coordinator review this, feel free to ask one or more of them. No problem at all, I actually haven't contributed much to this article (yet). I'm just trying to get a better feel of page assessment, since to me it looked pretty complete. But now I have another article to project at least. Thanks for the info! Tylermack999 (talk) 02:07, 23 January 2025 (UTC)
