Throughout her acting career, Torres has received numerous awards, including Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival for Love Me Forever or Never. For her critically acclaimed performance in the drama film I'm Still Here (2024), Torres became the first Brazilian and Latin actress to win the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama at the 82nd Golden Globe Awardsand the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress – International Film.
