Monahan appeared as a guest actress in a number of television series from the mid-1980s to the mid-2000s, including Mr. Belvedere, A Terribly Nice Family, Harry's Miraculous Judgement, Rachel Gunn R.N., Head Nurse, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Chicago Hope, Star Trek: Voyager and Practice.
