Koaile Monaheng (born 15 November 1993) is a climate activist in Lesotho. He is the associate director of Khantša Energy, a social enterprise co-creating clean energy solutions through indigenous knowledge by providing mobile solar power to rural communities in Lesotho.

In 2023 he appeared in the 'FORBES AFRICA 30 Under 30' Class of 2023, making history as the first Mosotho to be included on the Forbes Africa under 30 list.In 2022, Khantša Energy, the business he works for, won the Mail & Guardian: Greening the Future: Clean and Renewable Energy Projects award.
