}}'''Alla Igorevna Ilushka''' (born ], ]) is a beauty queen from ] who competed for in the ] pageant in 2007 and who has competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Iluska, who was born in ], won her first major pageant title in 2001 when she was crowned ] 2002. She represented ] in the nationally televised ] 2002 pageant broadcast live from ] where she placed in the top ten. This was only Minnesota's second placement in the competition, following Michelle Borg who was a semi-finalist in 1996. Of the semi-finalists, Ilushka placed ninth in the swimsuit competition and tenth in evening gown, finishing tenth on average. The pageant was won by ] of ].

In November 2006, Ilushka became the third former Miss Minnesota Teen USA to win the ] title. Illushka represented ] in the ] pageant which was broadcast live from the ] in ] on ], ]. Illushka was the seventh Miss Teen USA 2002 delegate to win a Miss USA state title, three of whom competed for the 2007 Miss USA title.

In ], Ilushka was brought from Moldova (then the Moldavian SSR) to Minnesota by her adoptive parents, after her birth parents were forced to give her up due to poverty{{fact}}. Twelve years later, she began to search for her natural parents, and she found and was reunited with her father in ]. He still resides in Moldova, divorced, and he did not know her mother's whereabouts. Alla and her father have not spoken since, though they parted amicably. She is still searching for her mother.

A longtime child-poverty activist, Ilushka filed a petition on ], ] for the adoption of an orphan from ]{{fact}}. Due to the complicated bureaucracy of adoption in that country by foreigners, however, it will take at least a year for the petition to be granted.

In addition to her pageant career, Ilushka worked in the music industry, recording a techno cover of ]'s single ]{{fact}}. Though the recording became a local hit in ], plans to release a full length album were put on hold after Ilushka's alleged refusal to record in German.

Upon graduating from Trinity Southern University with a degree in ] in the spring of 2007, Ilushka plans to teach in the Eden Prairie, MN high school system{{fct}}

In June of 2006, Ilushka successfully completed ] in ], while dressed as a clown, in four hours and three minutes {{fct}}. She is currently collecting sponsors for her 2007 run, with proceeds going to a Duluth children's hospital. Though Ilushka has not yet announced what she plans to wear this year, she has promised it will be "exciting".
