It took a few times reading the same few sentences in the ] to realize that the background is primarily about a different organization who's only origin story to BRO is in having had inspired others to organize in response against their advocacy. The distinction between the two isn't made clear enough, it really needs to be explicitly distinct. Maybe I will have some time to come back here and help rewrite. Notability

Somebody recently placed a "notability" tag on this article. I'm removing it -- it's not even close to a grey area. See all the news articles listed here, including one that clearly identifies BRO as "the state's largest gay rights organization". I spent about 30 seconds on this search; ideally, such a search is conducted before placing a banner like this, not after. -Pete (talk) 18:01, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

Background & OCA

It took a few times reading the same few sentences in the background explanation to realize that the background is primarily about a different organization who's only origin story to BRO is in having had inspired others to organize in response against their advocacy. The distinction between the two isn't made clear enough, it really needs to be explicitly distinct. Maybe I will have some time to come back here and help rewrite.
