	I was editing this, doing a severe formatting cleanup, when you deleted it. AFAIK, the content there is not the content that was deleted a year ago, so it's not really a recreation. If I'm wrong, delete it again, I have no access to the 2006 history, but the current article doesn't match the description ih the AfD log. ]

	::I did a cleanup and at least made a start to a realistic intro. I'll try and get at some more later. In any case, the topic is valid even if the current content is rather a mess. ]
