As I said in my email: having read the material you directed me to and following your clear intention to continue posting such attacks against a Misplaced Pages editors, you give me no choice but to block this account due to its pursuit of serious off-wiki campaign of harassment and attacks against another editor. I shall be refering this matter to the Foundation for review. ]] 14:56, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

:: Hang on I have already said to Ryan I would desist from this. You must be referring to earlier email. I have deleted the blog post. There should be nothing left now. I have agreed not to contact any organisations. I have withdrawn all complaints. Be reasonable. ] (]) 15:14, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Your blog post was still up when I blocked you and I have no way of knowing how many sites you may have posted your vicious accusations to. I am having difficulty trusting a man so willing to damage both the reputation of a fellow editor and indeed of Misplaced Pages. At the moment I would be more comfortable with refering this matter to someone on the Foundation. ]] 15:24, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

:: Look I promised. I just want to let the whole thing drop. I didn't realise it was going to be so punitive. I have done everything else you asked, i.e. blanked the relevant pages, removed stuff. If you see Giano's talk, you'll see I considered taking it up through the relevant channels, i.e. Wikimedia. ] (]) 15:35, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

:::It seems to me that to unblock you I would need you to post here:
:::# The names of each site you posted to so that it can be confirmed that your posts have been removed
:::# The names of any other organizations you have contacted, details of what you told them
:::# What action you have taken to withdrawn the allegations and a clear statement that they should be ignored by anyone who read them
:::# A general statement to FT2 that you withdraw your allegations and apologise for hurt caused by your campaign
:::# Agreement to leave FT2 alone permanently both on Misplaced Pages and offline
:::If you agree to this:
:::# I will unblock you
:::# FT2 has agreed that he will let the one question on animals be deleted, and he will remove the header to your questions which you find offensive
:::Alternatively, I cannot stop you from pursue the matter further but I think it appropriate you stay blocked while doing so. ]] 16:10, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
