**Actually, it was one of Stern's funniest interviews. I heard it when Stern was still on regular (terrestrial) radio. Amos was laughing very hard; he wouldn't directly admit that Esther Rolle was an ugly brute, but he did say it was very hard for him to kiss her without closing his eyes.
