==DC-15==
The DC-15 ] was the weapon of choice of the ] ]. Using magazine cartridges filled with tibanna gas, the weapon fired blue ] bolts. The blasters were deadly in the hands of the specially trained clone troopers. The DC-15 had two types of ammunition that needed to be used in conjunction; a tibanna gas cylinder which had enough gas for about 600 shots on normal power (the DC-15B carbine probably used smaller cylinders that lasted for about 300 shots), and a charge magazine, that probably lasted for 60 shots, which contained the electrical charge needed to heat the tibanna gas to a plasma state. The DC-15s used a rechargeable battery that lasted for 7 subsequent shots before needing a moment to recharge.

The DC-15 came in multiple versions:
*The DC-15A, a long-barrelled ] used as the standard issue ] weapon, but also suitable for ]s.
*The DC-15s, a ] blaster. The lowercase s most likely stood for "side-arm".
*The DC-15B, a short-barrelled blaster ] with a folding rifle stock.
*The DC-15 "Deluxe", a oversized DC-15s pistol that works as a rocket launcher. Carried by AT-RT drivers, in case they have run-ins with tanks the AT-RT's blasters cannot destroy. Commander ] uses a deluxe on occasion.

==DC-17==
The DC-17 is a small-arm pistol mainly used by ] and ] as a side-arm, though ARC captain Fordo had a preference to dual-wielding 2 DC-17 pistols, as did some Clone Commanders. There are 2 known variations of the DC-17 pistol. One version looks like a shorter DC-15B with no stock, and the other had the same handle but the barrel resembled Han Solo's blaster, the DL-44. A DC-17's magazine was loaded into the grip.

===DC-17m===
A modifiable version, the DC-17m, was a version for the Clone Commandos featured in ]. It is the standard issue blaster for the Clone Commandos. This weapon is in the same family as the DC-17 blaster pistol, and similar parts. The DC-17m is much smaller and lighter than the DC-15. It is an effective weapon that can be used with deadly force and can be field-stripped and outfitted with a modular ] attachment or anti-armor attachment.
The DC-17m's primary blaster attachment has a magazine capacity of 60 rounds, with Clone Commandos carrying up to 5 magazines for a total of 300 rounds. The Sniper attachment has magazines holding 5 high-powered rounds, with each Commando carrying up to four magazines for a total of 20 sniper shots, while the anti-armor attachment only chambers 1 shaped-charge anti-armor grenade at a time though a Commando may carry an additional 3 in reserve. The weapon has a readout that keeps track of and displays the total amount of compatible ammunition and ordnance currently being carried by the Clone Commandos.

==Trivia==
The DC-15A blaster rifle that the majority of the Clone Troopers carry in '']'' and '']'' is based off parts from the German ] General Purpose Machine Gun from ], which was used as the basis weapon for the BlasTech DLT-19 Heavy Blaster Rifle in the Original Trilogy, and components from the ] that were carried by the ]s from the original '']'' trilogy.

The DC-15A blaster rifle that was seen and used in '']'' and '']'' appears to be a hybrid of the parts from the E-11 blaster rifle and the DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle of the Original Trilogy as well as showing that the designs for both the E-11 and the DLT-19 originated from the DC-15A blaster rifle.

The DC-15B blaster carbine that the Republic Clone Troopers carried in '']'' and '']'' appears to look like a "de-evolved" version of the BlasTech E-11 blaster rifle the ] carried in the Original '']'' trilogy with the DC-15B carbine having features like foresight protectors, a blaster power cell located on the side of the blaster's receiver, and a folding rifle stock. The features that were on the DC-15B would later become standard on the E-11.

In ''Revenge of the Sith'', the DC-15B blaster carbine was used by many regular Clone Troopers on a larger scale. The compact look and handling of the DC-15B carbine was preferred by many Clone Troopers in '']'' over the bulky DC-15A blaster rifle the Clone Troopers carried in '']''.

The wider use of the DC-15B blaster carbine by the ] in '']'' also provides more hints to the Republic Clone Troopers' evolution into the ] of the Original Trilogy.

Not this time Mono. Ruku was here.
