After ], I am done with Misplaced Pages. That such a discussion took place, without my having had an opportunity to respond, and then such unilateral action was taken, 1 hour after the discussion began, is ridiculous. I'll be seeing you. ---<font face="Georgia">''']''''']''</font> 23:28, 1 September 2009 (UTC) |

I don't know what barnstar applies to your magnificent critique but if you can find one, wear it with pride with my applause. It is a 'sample answer' on how to expose inaccurate citations. --] (]) 14:05, 7 September 2009 (UTC) |

:Thanks. I'm a big of a stickler for citing sources accurately, especially when it comes to controversial articles. <font face="Celtic">]'']''</font> 14:08, 7 September 2009 (UTC) |

::I too am going to keep my comments on your post "simple". The only reason why I am responding to your post at all is because of the unique, personally critical nature of yours' truly within it. If I had dedicated all my time and effort over the last three months or so to this one article, then sure, criticize me all you want. But I haven't. I never have. I have many pages on my watchlist that I enjoy contributing too, and my sphere of interest is not limited to Margaret Thatcher. In addition, I don't log onto Misplaced Pages and contribute as much as I did before. I don't have the time. I am not a writer of POV, a hypocrite who blatantly takes sides and ignores what others request. I'm not that image that you so shamelessly paint of me. You attempt to point out all the "loopholes" in what I've said and I'm telling you to stop because the comparisons are unwarranted and unjust. I've worked with Lachrie before and I comended him on his talk page for the work he has done on the article. There is nothing wrong with that and I have a problem with your silly attempts to skewer my remarks and make it appear that I am a two-faced hypocrite. You don't know me and my posts in recent months solely about the Thatcher article don't reflect my over 17,000 contributions and my respected reputation on Misplaced Pages. I'm not conceded -- those are facts. In addition, the article isn't unprotected to everyone and protected to you. Quit ranting at me -- seriously, your personal attacks are enough -- and if you feel that the article is in such as dire state of helplessness then by God help it out! I'm done with your attacks and your ability to criticize while simultaneously sitting and doing nothing of your own to solve the problem you preach about. I don't really want a response from you because I don't plan on raising my blood pressure in order to contribute further to the Thatcher "NPOV discussions". ] (]) 02:50, 10 September 2009 (UTC) |
