LRMR is a marketing firm that was started by Maverick Carter, a childhood friend of LeBron James. LRMR represents A grand total of 4 athletes right now with Chris Paul, Ted Ginn Jr., and Mike Flynt, a 59 year-old College Linebacker, joining LeBron James at LRMR. LRMR was the company behind "The Decision" the one-hour special which showcased LeBron James making the decision to betray his hometown of Cleveland and join Dwayne Wade's Miami Heat. "The Decision" has been harshly scrutinized by the public on many different fronts. David Stern said the spectacle was "Ill-advised", and Charles Barkley said that people who watched it were "idiots". It's unclear the exact percentage of responsibility for "The Decision" rests on Maverick Carter, but it is said that the idea was spawned months earlier when Jim Gray approached Maverick Carter and Ari Emanuel and pitched the idea to them, | |||
