I didn't put what is there back in, but I did the original note about his mother passing. It seems relevant especially today since some Toronto area radio hosts hold it up as showing the level of professionalism he showed. It's a key moment in his life shared with millions of viewers, seems relevant to me.--] (]) 04:04, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
:It should not be included in his biography. It's sad that she passed away, and I was also amazed with his professionalism, but it's a sad fact to say that everyone's mother dies. It should not be included in his biography. It's sad that she passed away, and I was also amazed with his professionalism, but it's a sad fact to say that everyone's mother dies. Unless your mother's passing affects you or your work outside of what normally happens in these times or is news in its own right (à la Kanye West), it should not be a part of the biography.
