| The first section does not undermine appearance in the lede but only supports it. It has been there for some time and there hasn't been a good reason given for removing it other than a historical dispute on Etymology which does not change the wide recognition for mention in the lede. You have undermined the continuing discussion on it, and are effectively engaging in edit-warring.
