Charles Green's consortium bought assets from the football club ] (which trades as "The Rangers Football Club plc") after it went into liquidation on the 14th of June 2012. These assets became the property of Sevco 5088 Ltd<ref>http://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/sevco-5088</ref>. Sevco 5088 Ltd's name was subsequently changed from Sevco to "The Rangers Football Club Ltd." also on the same day. Assets bought from Rangers F.C., included ], the ] training facilities and other, smaller assets.
