Proposal - introducing an new template for completed applications

I was thinking that it may be worth replacing the currently-used {{already done}} with an {{processed}} tag instead. The reason is if someone who is turned down sees "already done" may make them think they have been accepted. Comments? Mdann52 (talk) 15:29, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
