<blockquote>'''dictionary definition ]'''</blockquote>
While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be ].
Your recent closing at ] is not clear. First of all, when you say, "rational", do you mean, "rationale"? Secondly, you state, "The RfC specifically mentions the rational {{sic}} to be included..." It is not our job to guess what you mean, especially as it appeared that there was consensus that no such text existed except for the phrase, "SPLC 'hate group' designation". Exactly what is the text that you are saying must be included? Thanks, ] (]) 17:10, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
:Besides the misspelling, I thought the close was self-explanatory. As originally written, the RfC included the text some wished to exclude. Therefore, I read the comments by those !voting to include-without specifically stating to include the text-to be for including the explaining text. -] (]) 22:55, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
::I am entirely unaware of any "text some wished to exclude". Please explain what you are talking about. As an editor that did not place a !vote, I have reason to expect that an RfC statement stands on its own, and that I don't have to !vote based on what it might mean. What kind of RfC workmanship proposes specific text but does not state the specific text that is proposed? Have you read the section "Closing the RfC"? Thanks, ] (]) 23:35, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
:::Pardon my misunderstanding. I assumed that since you participated in the RfC you had actually read it. -] (]) 02:56, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
::::Saying in the previous edit comment, "remove stupid", and editing my post seems to be an ineffective way of building consensus. The bigger puzzle is why you have again avoided answering my questions, and continue to refuse to explain your closing. I read the RfC nomination multiple times, and made comments, but I did not !vote in the RfC. What exactly is the text that you are saying must be included? ] (]) 04:55, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
:::::Please don't use ]s for no reason as you have been doing. It makes it hard to read when in edit mode, which, coincidentally, is how I edit a page to reply to what you have written. I have once again removed them. If you are incapable of not using them, I would ask that you refrain from using my talk page. Also, the ! in !vote is a ]. So by saying you did not !vote, you're saying you did not not vote or that you actually voted. In reality, just because you didn't preface your comments with a '''bolded''' word didn't mean I didn't read and consider your points just as if you had used a bolded word to indicate your preference. So I did consider your !vote just as everyone else who participated in the discussion.

ArbCom elections are now open!
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Bosnia and Herzegovina rock climbers
A tag has been placed on Category:Bosnia and Herzegovina rock climbers indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz 01:22, 13 January 2023 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Andrew Palmer (climber)
The article Andrew Palmer (climber) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Being the 10th person to climb 5.15a in America does not make you a notable climber (i.e. unlike being on this list); his repeat of Jaws II (which is itself, not a notable climb, unlike say Jumbo Love), is at best a case of BLP1E. There is no WP:SIGCOV on Palmer in the climbing media per WP:NCLIMBER, and he gets little coverage outside of passing mentions/namechecks. I removed WP:RS that was from blogs and sponsors. Happy to do this as an WP:AFD but thought I would use PROD first.
While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
