On the other hand, if you omit the MBE and the Knighthood from the section, anyone who looks at it critically will know immediately that something is lacking. It is simply not encyclopedic to have a section headed "Awards" and then leave them out of it! Retired This user is no longer active on Misplaced Pages.Its time for me to retire this account. Its been an absolutely wonderful experience, and I've learned a great deal from an assortment of intelligent people, but I have several ideas that I want to develop into books, which I'll never get around to if I spend my free time editing Misplaced Pages.
