Probably I went with acute because a grave accent on an ''e'' at the end of a word really looks pretty strange (the single-letter word ''è'' has a grave accent, but I can't immediately think of another exception, and all the conjunctions that end in ''ché'' have acute ones). Nomination of Cabin Fever Media for deletion

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
