The company I own, Suburban Express, has recently received negative "press", mostly in the form of blog postings criticizing our company for a tangled mess of issues. They can more or less distilled down to: 1) Criticism for pursuing cheaters. Some feel that using lawsuits to pursue debtors is somehow unfair to innocent little college students. But collection agencies want nothing to do with the small debts customers create for themselves. 2) Criticism for the manner in which a particular driver handled a foreign student. 3) Company reaction to false and defamatory information posted on a blog called Reddit. | |||

The Misplaced Pages Bounty Board was created in October 2005 and marked historical in November 2013. It was nominated for deletion alongside its sister Misplaced Pages:Reward board amid general concerns over paid editing and that its aims were contrary to the spirit of a NPOV encyclopedia, and a monetary reward page should not be part of Misplaced Pages's structure.
The board allowed any user to post monetary bounties for completing Misplaced Pages-related tasks. If the Bounty Hunters completed the task, the person offering the bounty – known as the Bounty Keeper – donates the bounty money to the Wikimedia Foundation in the name of the Bounty Hunters who worked so hard on the task. The Wikimedia Foundation is the non-profit organization which runs Misplaced Pages. (Donating money in the name of someone else is called alternative giving.)
Normally, the task was to improve an article to either good article or featured article status.
