So I of course feel terrible, go back and find a bunch more sources (again this is the BP Cooper article) and he nominates it for deletion within less than three seconds of my updating it and thanking him for his suggestions. He could not have reviewed my new sources (5 of them) in this time. I started a talk page with him over the deletion and he hasn't responded. I see from his user page a lot of people have had this experience with him. | |||

I think I am obeying all the guidelines - it's a little tough to do third party sources in entertainment because the entertainment industry runs entirely off kinda wonky sources like IMDB. I just want commercial producers and indie directors to get a little more recognition. It's a bummer when I go to a festival and everyone "doesn't exist" as far as the online community is concerned - despite being in the field for decades and creating new techniques. ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
