Hello man,

:This is oddly satisfying. ] (]) 08:41, 22 November 2024 (UTC)
After about a year, at last my innocence regarding that sock puppet menace got solved. It got proven that I'm indeed (yeeey what a surprise..) unrelated tons guy on the other side of the world.

I see you all over iranian wikipedia like everywhere what is your goal exactly also that map you made of the sassanids what sources did you use? ] (]) 17:16, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
I don't know when you will read this or whether you will ever read this, but consider returning back. I'm here now as well, and we could aid and help each other in continuing creating some good stuff here. I read the complaint made about you at that admin section, and I was seriously astonished how someone can call your efforts here as "worthless". You created 300+ articles and have single handedly contributed more to Iranian, Caucasian, etc history than anyone else here in the past 1-2 years.

Bye for now mate.

Hey @], Do you think the IP commenting at ] {{userlinks|PakistanHistorian}}, I think they are but you have dealt with them more than me so thought should ask for confirmation and do you know an admin who is familiar with this sock and maybe be more willing to handle them effectively so I do not have to waste my time discussing their disruption and vandalism with them. Also, do you have any thoughts on the topic itself? :Hi Sheriff. Definitely something suspicious, but I'm actually a bit unsure about their connection to PakistanHistorian. They have the same geolocation PakistanHistorians suspected IPs and are also interested in Punjabi related stuff. It seems they have been active in this range at least several times . - That is great! you're contributions have been great, and I am glad to see that you can continue them. Funny, the only reason I am here because I had a dream about Wiki for some weird reason, oh well.

== Your ] nomination of ] ==
- Yeah, that really sucks :/, but sadly some people will always remain ungrateful. Many of those articles I have created/expanded have probably been invaded by vandals (the ones which are Pre-Islamic are most likely fine, but I am 100% sure that the post-Islamic ones are not, since I had to revert edits in those articles every single day, which is one of the majority reasons that I decided to quit, because the amount of vandals/pan-Turks attacking so many good articles was getting disturbing), but keep up the great work mate! you're doing a great thing here. Hopefully your contributions will get more attention and respect.

Hello, HistoryofIran.
::Hey man! Good to see such a quick response mate! didn't expect that especially after reading your page, haha.
::A weird dream about Wiki eh? You know what that means right? It means you gotta return and take up the shovel together with me. Don't forget that together we stand stronger. ;)

The ] is engaging in disrupte editing. Neither does this IP provide sources and is POV pushing. And this IP has been warned multiple times for this on his/her talk page.
::Yeah, unfortunately Wikipeia attracts aloooooot of vandals. It's the most used reference on the net, we can't forget that. In all those months I had to wait before getting unblocked (and that incompetent no-brainer reverting all my hard-work in the meantime..) I saw what for a hard time you were getting from many different sides. I hoped I could help you there, but alas, I was not in the situation where I could do so.
::The thing with Wiki is, you gotta play it smart. I know there are so many pan-turks/pan-iranists/pan-X types of people (though the first one mentioned beats all of them in terms of quantity) but if you give in mentally, like that you're getting annoyed etc, it will only play against you.
::I can't believe user Parishan seriously wanted a topicban for you considering you created more articles for his/her native Azerbaijan (?) than he/she ever will in the coming years to come. Oh well. We'll try fix that ban for you when you return.

I asked for an intervention in ], but to no avail, and for a temporary block in ], which was rejected as insufficient to warrant a block.
::One tip btw I'd do myself if I were you. Make a box on your userpage that lists ALL articles you've ever made. By doing that you won't get no-brainer users/moderators or whatever saying you are no use to the communnity. Maybe me and that mod on that topic ban discussion were/are both bad-faith assumers, but they're volunteeers after all and we can't expect every single one of them to have the same amount of precision/intellect/expertise/etc/etc. like the better moderators. It's something we have to try get along with ourselves.

After he/she was blocked for 24 hours, this IP created an account as ] in order to evade the block and has resumed his/her POV pushing.
::I'd seriously ask you though bro, it would be so great if you returned. I waited so long to return in order to cooperate further together once again with an user that has the same views about articles have to look like and shares on top of that pretty much a very similar topic interest. If you return, you stand stronger, and I can assist you wherever you need about whatever logical thing you need assistance with. :)
::I'd appreciate the sources, but again, my first answer to that would still be the text I just wrote above. ;) We really need you back here.

Do you have any additional advice?
::With that box on your userpage btw I ment something like this ]. He made 1200+ articles and has just a box there with every article listed. By that, no one can ever say he has been useless to the community or whatever similarily related bogus..

::Awaiting response mate - ] (]) 00:20, 26 April 2015 (UTC) Kindest regards, ] (]) 16:52, 24 December 2024 (UTC)

::PS: I just created this article ] Would appreciate it alot if you could add some stuff to it, whenever you have time! ;) -] (]) 18:17, 26 April 2015 (UTC) :Hi Moroike. This should hopefully do the job . ] (]) 17:04, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
::Thank you for the reply and thank you very much for the vandalism alert about this IP.
::The IP's account ] has been permanently blocked, but the IP will almost certainly resume his/her POV pushing, once his/her 24 hour block ends.
::The IP has also done the same POV pushing under different IP numbers, which you can see in the history section of the article ].
::Kindest regards, ] (]) 17:48, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
:::If they continue (which I also think is a high possibility), then a range block seems to be the best opinion - it's probably best for it to be requested through a ]. This seems to the range they're using . I would wait for them to continue before filing a SPI, so your case is taken fully serious. ] (]) 22:25, 24 December 2024 (UTC)

Right now I just have upcoming exams and stuff like that, but expect me to soon start editing again. - Well yeah that ban is really ridiculous, and I have even been several times accused of being a Pan-Iranian or a Turkic/Kurdish hater etc. But yet I am one of the editors who has contributed most to those kind of articles. About adding how many articles I have created, I was actually creating that sometime ago, but it got deleted for some reason. I can't remember why since I wasn't very much active during that period.

::Haha, that's great to hear man about your future return!!
::Yeah exams and stuff of course have #1 priority (and they should have obviously), but Im happy to hear I'll get you back here again. ::Yeah that would be awsome if you have some more sources and stuff left about them! Also, some pictures/images, if you have any clue/resource as of where to get them, that would be top notch as well (f.e of Pari Khan Khanum, or the other likes)

::Well what can I say dude, I totally agree with you about those nonsensical accusations, but then again, ethnic internet nationalism is the fashion of the post 2000s, lol. Combine that with incompetent moderators...well there you go.
::You should def before fully returning first of all adding all your created articles and stuff on your page imo... but i guess thats something of course up to you in the very end, but I think its something that might defo help you. (or anyone with such nice contribution history here)

How's the slow start to getting back into business going so far? I'm checking your contributions now and then to see when i can jump in whenever needed :) it can be kinda annoying to start again after a long time here, hence why.
Perhaps you can help me with this btw. I want to nominate this article I created not too long ago for GA very soon, but it need to have the references fixed in order to pass the review. == Siyâvush Beg Gorji ==
Hey mate :).

Hi HistoryofIran,
- It's going fine, right now I am trying to expand the ], therefor I have added it into this , where I can rewrite it and replace many old sources.

You are absolutely right about the need for exact references regarding Siyâvush Beg Gorji. What we currently have is Siavashon (Savashon), which relates to art of Safavid. I’ve added a note to the text emphasizing that further research is necessary. Hopefully, this will encourage researchers to explore this topic in greater detail.
- Yeah I get what you mean - It is actually quite simple to do but takes annoyingly longer time than one would expect (especially when there are many sources. Even sometimes when I expand a article I skip that part or do it a more simple way, unless I want to nominate the article for GA), but don't worry - although my exams are beginning after this weekend I'm sure that I will find some time to do it. --] (]) 00:53, 3 May 2015 (UTC)

Best regards, ] (]) 14:29, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
:Aight, that's good to hear ;) Yeah, I figured out its probably some simple method doing so, but I have absolutely no clue how to do it as I've never done it before. Guess I'll get the trick after looking at how its done once. Anyway, I'll be fine I guess since I asked another person in the meantime as well. Might no one do it that time, then of course your help wont be appreciated any drop less by me. (like always haha) Btw, off-topic, what do you study? I'm actually pretty curious. Something related to history? For me history is just one of my sparetime passions (love it), but my study has absolutely nothing to do with it.
:Goodnight my mate, I'm off for now.

::Hi HistoryofIran,
::Thank you for your reply. I think that reaching out to researchers and sharing this topic is a great idea. ::::What..? First diff I remove are unofficial, irrelevant languages in the lede, the other diff a random IP adds Armenian under common languages in the infobox, where Azerbaijani is also mentioned - what do they have to do with each other? Why do you even know of such diffs so long ago, do you have other, older accounts? Also, I don't appreciate you doing this . You do not decide what article I want to edit. And that's not "ancient cities and khanates of Azerbaijan" per ], Azerbaijan first becoming a country in 1918, here are many relevant ] citations . ] (]) 16:31, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
:::::I don't understand the reason you are accusing me of these things and the reason you are almost unkind to me. So you are telling me that a random IP can make changes to a article and it's going to be ignored? Then why didn't you ignore my changes and the changes that were done in the first link i sent to you? You are accusing me of having older accounts that literally makes no sense, because anyone can see what edits have been done to an article the whole time. I could even have other accounts and I don't understand what's so bad about it? In the first link you can see that someone adds a language, then you revert his changes back. I noticed that you specifically ignored the changes done in the second link i sent to you. And you are the one accusing me of having other accounts? I know that Azerbaijan became a country in 1918. Before becoming a country this territory consisted of khanates. These khanates didn't want to unite much earlier and that's why Azerbaijan became a country only in 1918. Honestly I didn't go into details and thought that in the first link user adds Armenian in the infobox. Okay. If you are telling me that you removed the unofficial Armenian language that has not been officially spoken in Nakhchivan Khanate (we are talking about the first link here), then why did you let a random IP address Armenian to the infobox? I don't appreciate you doing these. I was never rude to you all this time and you are telling me that i don't decide what article you want to edit when I never told you that. You are right, these khanates were not officially a part of Azerbaijan, but i want to note that people in this territory are called Azerbaijani, and there are even 30 million Azerbaijani people living in the territory of current Iran which is also called Southern Azerbaijan because even many people who are citizens of Iran consider themselves Azerbaijanis, there are 30 million of those people. I'm telling you this so you know that these people live on these lands since a very long time, there is no way that so many people just randomly appeared here. ] (]) 17:39, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

::::::I asked you if have older accounts, you could just say yes or no (it's not against the rules to have more than one account, you just need to mention it on your userpages though). It's really not that serious. Yes, but very rarely does something jump to diff almost 2 years ago and bring them up.

:Hey mate! Yeah I saw your comment on that page. Thanks for notifying me however ;)
:About the Buyids...hmmm.. I think we could mention that somewhere lower down the article, or perhaps mentioning that on 'Adud al-Dawla's page which should be enough. What do you think? I checked some sources and the main ''playfield'' seems to be only in what is today Iraq-Iraq and to a lesser extent area's around Syria/Turkey/Oman. Imo, it's undue weight for the lede especially as those territories were only acquired through vassalship, and didn't really play much of a role in the Buyids their ''lifetime''. - ] (]) 00:10, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

Then again, it says "greatest extent", which we both know what means. A good example is the ], where it mentions what they ruled at their greatest extent, even if it wasn't for that long - it's normal to see these kind of things. Furthermore, the Buyids also had vassals in southern Iraq and around those parts, so I don't really think it makes a difference :). Other good examples would be the ], ], the ] and the ]. == Chronology of Boran and Azarmidokht ==

Hi there,

In the source you have cited, Pourshariati's argument, is very conjectural. Since her claim that Boran had two separate reigns, is not the default (generally accepted) chronology, it is best to at least present both views in the article. Her choice of sources is highly debatable but not objectionable. To see criticism of her claim see, for instance, Dr. Daryaee's review of her book.

As it stands, there is a contradiction in your current edit. The paragraph begins with: "''After the murder of Azarmidokht by Rostam Farrokhzad, the latter restored Boran to the throne''". At the end of the same paragraph it says: " ''Her sister, Azarmidokht, was then placed on the throne''"! The article needs to be consistent.

Furthermore, I believe your removing of the rest of my edit was uncalled for, because I had also added the etymology of Azarmidokht's name (something that can easily be verified by Encyclopaedia Iranica, or the paper by Dr. Daryaee). Additionally I attempted to paraphrase parts of the article that been directly copied from various sources, thus constituting copyright violation. Lastly, I removed the details of Azarmidokht's fate from Boran's article simply to avoid having the same paragraph appear in two different articles.

Thank you. --] (]) 14:53, 13 May 2015 (UTC)

]: Sorry mate I didn't mean to rude or anything about that revert. Furthermore I don't really have time to discuss right now since I am very busy. Maybe later. --] (]) 22:28, 13 May 2015 (UTC)

I'm back (I think): I have already seen Daryaee's review, and too many times he did not state properly/detailed why he didn't agree with Pourshariati, and just because he disagrees with some things doesn't mean that the source of Pourshariati is unreliable, since it has been used by many scholars as a source etc. Shortly said, his review is very poor. --] (]) 11:17, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

:: It is not very encyclopedic to present only the views of one particular scholar. Especially given that her view differs from the widely held consensus among Iranologists. Furthermore, I disagree. Daryaee cites various Zoroastrian Pahlavi texts (Khodayname) stating that Arab invasion began no earlier than Yazdgerd's time, and not in Boran's time as Pourshariati asserts. He further references Syriac sources claiming that she was indeed long dead by the time of the Arab conquest. Pourshariati's idea of Boran's double regency is speculation. As she attempts to reconcile numismatic evidence with various contradictory Islamic sources, to support her hypotheses she cherry-picks from sources that support her assertion while ignoring others. Anyway, my other contributions to the article need to be restored (this includes the significance of her name, my paraphrasing of copyrighted material present in the article, removal of Azarmidokht's fate from Boran's article, etc.). Thanks. ] (]) 09:22, 7 June 2015 (UTC)

== Artin Mehraban about Afsharid map ==

Dear HistoryofIran
I think we should further discuss you replacing my edited map of the Afsharid empire. As I said before the map you put does not include the fact that (on top of the map you put) he also conquered the khanate of Bukhara, the khanate of Khiva, and the sultanate of Muscat, and that is not an opinion. These 3 kingdoms are mentioned as belligerents in the wikipedia article about the Naderian wars.

Dear HistoryofIran
I read the book: History of inner asia and it says mohhamad hakim bi submitted to nadir shah (exact sentence:
Nadir Shah, the new ruler of Iran, crossed the Amu Darya and, accepting the submission of Muhammad Hakim Bi) It says naders name and it says he crossed the amu darya aka oxus river so your map is wrong because it shows the oxus as a border. It then says mohhamed hakim bi submitted to nadir. After a search i found he was king of the manghit dynasty which controlled the khanate of bukhara. here is the link to the page of the book: http://librarun.org/book/63545/195. I will add this data to the afsharid empire page. I really want to thank you, because now wikipedia has solid evidence from a university book, that nader shah had in fact crossed the amu darya aka oxus and that he conquered more of central asia than originally beleived. Here is the link: http://librarun.org/book/63545/195.

Hello again!

Hi HyperShark244. I’ll take a look in a moment. HistoryofIran (talk) 13:03, 22 November 2024 (UTC)
Only 39.62.0.0/16 seems somewhat worth reporting, as SheryOfficial is still using this as recent as yesterday , as yourself also noticed. Though others seem to be using this range as well. The user account you included doesn't seem to be them, not the same patterns. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:25, 22 November 2024 (UTC)
OK. I didn’t find anything that I would consider an obvious giveaway from Apni_Baat, however I did see some suspicious things, which is why I thought it was a good idea to request for a check on them. Also would you recommend adding 182.191.0.0/16? This is the cluster of IPs behind , and recently, . HyperShark244 (talk) 15:13, 22 November 2024 (UTC)

Just curious

I see you all over iranian wikipedia like everywhere what is your goal exactly also that map you made of the sassanids what sources did you use? MrHappy2020 (talk) 17:16, 13 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi again MrHappy2020. Just a hobby. I don't really recall which sources I used, though the afromentioned Rezakhani was amongst them. HistoryofIran (talk) 17:32, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
I would really like the sources for the map as i have talked with other Sassanian map makers and sometimes they agreed with you and sometimes they didnt MrHappy2020 (talk) 11:53, 25 December 2024 (UTC)
Sorry, but I still don't really recall which sources I used. HistoryofIran (talk) 12:07, 25 December 2024 (UTC)
I asked you something on the Sasanian empire wiki i would like to bring back the discussion about the map on it MrHappy2020 (talk) 12:10, 25 December 2024 (UTC)

PakistanHistorian

Hey @HistoryofIran, Do you think the IP commenting at Talk:Zia-ul-Haq#Non-English scripts and IPAs in lede and infobox PakistanHistorian (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), I think they are but you have dealt with them more than me so thought should ask for confirmation and do you know an admin who is familiar with this sock and maybe be more willing to handle them effectively so I do not have to waste my time discussing their disruption and vandalism with them. Also, do you have any thoughts on the topic itself? It is a pity that I am forced to discuss with an editor who is evading their block just because they keep reverting and edit warring on multiple pages. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 15:04, 16 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi Sheriff. Definitely something suspicious, but I'm actually a bit unsure about their connection to PakistanHistorian. They have the same geolocation PakistanHistorians suspected IPs and are also interested in Punjabi related stuff. It seems they have been active in this range at least several times . I do have some thoughts about this, I've written a comment in the talk page. HistoryofIran (talk) 15:35, 16 December 2024 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of Hamzeh Mirza Heshmat od-Dowleh

The article Hamzeh Mirza Heshmat od-Dowleh you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Hamzeh Mirza Heshmat od-Dowleh for comments about the article, and Talk:Hamzeh Mirza Heshmat od-Dowleh/GA1 for the nomination. Advice

Hello, HistoryofIran.

The User talk:185.146.112.192 is engaging in disrupte editing. Neither does this IP provide sources and is POV pushing. And this IP has been warned multiple times for this on his/her talk page.

I asked for an intervention in WP:AN/I, but to no avail, and for a temporary block in Misplaced Pages:Administrator intervention against vandalism, which was rejected as insufficient to warrant a block.

After he/she was blocked for 24 hours, this IP created an account as User talk:Ibish Agayev in order to evade the block and has resumed his/her POV pushing.

Do you have any additional advice?

Kindest regards, Moroike (talk) 16:52, 24 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi Moroike. This should hopefully do the job . HistoryofIran (talk) 17:04, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
Thank you for the reply and thank you very much for the vandalism alert about this IP.
The IP's account User talk:Ibish Agayev has been permanently blocked, but the IP will almost certainly resume his/her POV pushing, once his/her 24 hour block ends.
The IP has also done the same POV pushing under different IP numbers, which you can see in the history section of the article Siege of Lankaran.
Kindest regards, Moroike (talk) 17:48, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
If they continue (which I also think is a high possibility), then a range block seems to be the best opinion - it's probably best for it to be requested through a WP:SPI. This seems to the range they're using . I would wait for them to continue before filing a SPI, so your case is taken fully serious. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:25, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
Thank you. Moroike (talk) 05:28, 25 December 2024 (UTC)

Edits of user 5.74.69.152

Hi there, would you please review all the other edits of this IP? I'm not really an expert in the areas where their edits have been done, but it looks like you might be. Thanks, Kiwipete (talk) 01:48, 29 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi Kiwipete. IP seems to be pov pushing, adding Persian-related stuff and removing Arab-related stuff. I've reverted the rest of their edits, best. HistoryofIran (talk) 11:29, 29 December 2024 (UTC)

Farsi?

Hi HistoryofIran, long time no speak. Do you understand Farsi, or know an editor who does? At FAC we have couple of Farsi sources which we need someone to check to ensure that they match what the article says. Thanks. Gog the Mild (talk) 12:12, 29 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi Gog, long time no speak indeed. I understand Farsi, but unfortunately not its script.. so yeah. Though ChatGPT has never failed to deliver with its excellent translations when I've used it. Perhaps you could be interested in this one, @Hounaam:? You obviously don't have to reply, just thought of your nice recent edits. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:40, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
Dear @HistoryofIran Thank you so much for reaching out and for your trust in me. While my specialization lies in art and culture, reviewing Persian texts and inscriptions is certainly within my expertise, and I’m more than happy to assist.
@Gog the Mild It’s always a pleasure to contribute to such meaningful work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support the team in any way I can. Hounaam (talk) 15:10, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
Jo-Jo Eumerus, @FAC coordinators: : we seem, perhaps belatedly, to have a Farsi reader. Perhaps it would be worth running the sources and text past Hounaam, even if it is just advance planning for the next FAC? Gog the Mild (talk) 16:50, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
Sounds like a plan. And sources to spot check, too. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 16:59, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
I shall leave you, Hounaam and Amir Ghandi to it then. And many thanks to HistoryofIran for facilitating this. (If you fancy reviewing an article, you could try this one .) Gog the Mild (talk) 17:05, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
with pleasure, thanks for your trust.
Cheers! and Happy New Year! Hounaam (talk) 17:21, 31 December 2024 (UTC)

Siyâvush Beg Gorji

Hi HistoryofIran,

You are absolutely right about the need for exact references regarding Siyâvush Beg Gorji. What we currently have is Siavashon (Savashon), which relates to art of Safavid. I’ve added a note to the text emphasizing that further research is necessary. Hopefully, this will encourage researchers to explore this topic in greater detail.

Best regards, Kanahmad (talk) 14:29, 30 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi Kanahmad. Sorry, but that's not good enough. We need to cite (WP:CITE) WP:RS that supports our additions. Best. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:39, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
Hi HistoryofIran,
Thank you for your reply. I think that reaching out to researchers and sharing this topic is a great idea. It’s also worth noting that another Georgian painter, who is buried in Zavarek, might be a relative of Siyâvush Beg Gorji. He served as both a painter and a military commander under Nader Shah.
Best regards, Kanahmad (talk) 14:48, 30 December 2024 (UTC)

The Nakhchivan Khanate had a flag and the coat of arms. I don't understand the reason you reverted the changes and removed the flag and the coat of arms Egl7 (talk) 14:32, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

Ops, forgot to mention those two. They're not supported by any WP:RS. HistoryofIran (talk) 15:13, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

I made a research of the editing history of this article and seen that there was a language that a person wanted to add to the languages officially spoken in Nakhchivan Khanate. In response you reverted the changes back and told him that the language he wanted to add was not officially spoken in Nakhchivan Khanate. But then someone added the same language again and nothing was reverted back. What is the reason you ignored those changes? Is that language now considered as one of the languages that have been officially spoken there? Egl7 (talk) 15:45, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

Please don't create multiple sections for the same article, it's just gonna make it messy. And I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, linking diffs would be helpful. And most importantly of all, please read WP:RS. --HistoryofIran (talk) 15:48, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Nakhichevan_Khanate&diff=prev&oldid=1167805670 here you are saying that this language was not officially spoken there
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Nakhichevan_Khanate&diff=prev&oldid=1177447457 here are the changes that have been ignored by your side Egl7 (talk) 16:09, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
What..? First diff I remove are unofficial, irrelevant languages in the lede, the other diff a random IP adds Armenian under common languages in the infobox, where Azerbaijani is also mentioned - what do they have to do with each other? Why do you even know of such diffs so long ago, do you have other, older accounts? Also, I don't appreciate you doing this . You do not decide what article I want to edit. And that's not "ancient cities and khanates of Azerbaijan" per WP:RS, Azerbaijan first becoming a country in 1918, here are many relevant WP:RS citations . HistoryofIran (talk) 16:31, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
I don't understand the reason you are accusing me of these things and the reason you are almost unkind to me. Egl7 (talk) 17:39, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
So you are telling me that a random IP can make changes to a article and it's going to be ignored?
I think you're heavily misunderstanding something here. Please re-read my comment.
Then why didn't you ignore my changes and the changes that were done in the first link i sent to you?
You were already told of this.
You are accusing me of having older accounts that literally makes no sense, because anyone can see what edits have been done to an article the whole time. I could even have other accounts and I don't understand what's so bad about it? And you are the one accusing me of having other accounts?
I asked you if have older accounts, you could just say yes or no (it's not against the rules to have more than one account, you just need to mention it on your userpages though). It's really not that serious. Yes, but very rarely does something jump to diff almost 2 years ago and bring them up.
Okay. If you are telling me that you removed the unofficial Armenian language that has not been officially spoken in Nakhchivan Khanate (we are talking about the first link here), then why did you let a random IP address Armenian to the infobox?
Please re-read my comment and look at that edit again, it's located in "common_languages" in the infobox. "Common" and "Official" are not the same thing.
you are telling me that i don't decide what article you want to edit when I never told you that.
Then why did you randomly tagging me and ask others why I am "controlling" "articles of ancient cities and khanates of Azerbaijan" despite "not being a member" of WikiProject Azerbaijan...? Is there a rule for that?
You are right, these khanates were not officially a part of Azerbaijan, but i want to note that people in this territory are called Azerbaijani, and there are even 30 million Azerbaijani people living in the territory of current Iran which is also called Southern Azerbaijan because even many people who are citizens of Iran consider themselves Azerbaijanis, there are 30 million of those people. I'm telling you this so you know that these people live on these lands since a very long time, there is no way that so many people just randomly appeared here.
Misplaced Pages does engage in anachronism, and follows WP:RS. Please read the policy. HistoryofIran (talk) 17:56, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
  1. So what is the reason you ignored the user in the second link? How did a random IP get away with it so easy?
  2. Some of your questions are unnecessary and having multiple accounts is not that serious.
  3. I asked that question in the talk of project Azerbaijan because of my own free will, if i'm interested in something i can know the answer, there is nothing wrong with asking those questions and there is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm new here, that's why i'm not a member of project Azerbaijan but i can be one in the future too if i want to.
  4. I also asked that question because it would seem weird not only to me but also to others that a user that doesn't participate in project Azerbaijan but specifically participates not only in project Armenia but also many other things related to Armenia controls the article of khanate that now is a city of Azerbaijan
  5. So you can't tell how so many people of one ethnicity can appear on these land in a very little time because it's physically impossible to reproduce that fast.
Egl7 (talk) 18:15, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
So what is the reason you ignored the user in the second link? How did a random IP get away with it so easy?
Again, I have already answered this. There was nothing wrong with their edit, unless you mean to claim that Armenian was not spoken in the Nakhchevan Khanate at all. The more important question is why are you swapping the place of Armenian and Kurdish, so the former appears lower? .
Some of your questions are unnecessary and having multiple accounts is not that serious.
I find it pretty relevant to ask when you bring up two random diffs from almost 2 years ago. And I know it's not that serious, I just said that.
There are more polite ways to do that. Such as simply asking me now that you're here.
I also asked that question because it would seem weird not only to me but also to others that a user that doesn't participate in project Azerbaijan but specifically participates not only in project Armenia but also many other things related to Armenia controls the article of khanate that now is a city of Azerbaijan
WikiProjects aren't that serious. It's just a little neat thing, everyone can easily become a "member". I had completely forgot that I was a "member" of WikiProject Armenia before you mentioned it.
So you can't tell how so many people of one ethnicity can appear on these land in a very little time because it's physically impossible to reproduce that fast.
I linked you a plethora of WP:RS, you can read that. Speaking of which, have you read the WP:RS policy yet? HistoryofIran (talk) 18:24, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
  1. You could add Armenian language yourself too if you are a big supporter of the changes made by the user in the second link. You contradict yourself. You told the user in the first link that Armenian was not officially spoken there and now you are telling me that it was a "former" language? Then what is stopping you from swapping Armenian and Azerbaijani?
  2. I apologize if that hurt your feelings, but it's not impolite to asks questions that don't contain hate speech, harassment or sexually explicit language.
  3. It's a little suspicious because everything in your profile is about supporting Armenia's actions.
  4. I will take time and go into details of it, but some of the links you marked here hurt to read. These sources are not reliable at all and i don't think that they are approved.
Egl7 (talk) 18:55, 7 January 2025 (UTC)

Then what is stopping you from swapping Armenian and Azerbaijani?
What does that have to do with anything? I could add Armenian yes, I also couldn't. I could do a lot of things - which is my own business. I have other things to do than edit in Misplaced Pages. "Official" and "common" does still not mean the same thing.
I apologize if that hurt your feelings, but it's not impolite to asks questions that don't contain hate speech, harassment or sexually explicit language.
Please look up the meaning of "impolite" as well.
It's a little suspicious because everything in your profile is about supporting Armenia's actions.
That so? I have three things (out of 25) about Armenia on my userpage, the WikiProject Armenia, being interested in the history of Greater Armenia, and opposing the denial of the Armenian genocide. So how does that "support" Armenia's "actions"? Did the Armenian genocide not happen? Please answer.
I will take time and go into details of it, but some of the links you marked here hurt to read. These sources are not reliable at all and i don't think that they are approved.
It's clear you still haven't read WP:RS. I am asking you for the fourth time to read it. HistoryofIran (talk) 19:10, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
  1. It's obvious that you are active here if you reverted my changes back and answered my questions in minutes. And i'm sure that if i swap Azerbaijani and Armenian languages you are going to ignore my changes.
  2. If someone says something wrong about, for example, your friend, something that is considered wrong about them, at least between you two, wouldn't you tell them about it right away? It would be a shame to ignore that and keep silent, right? So what do you want me to do? If I hadn't done that to my friend, it would be very impolite towards them.
  3. You are not kidding, right? The point of your profile is mostly to support Armenia's actions. The fact that you ask me this question means that everything that was added to the description of your account was added intentionally. I did not refute anything that was written in your profile but you don't support both sides at all, there is nothing about Azerbaijan in your profile yet you are here reverting back changes of article that belongs to the khanate which is now a city of Azerbaijan. Did Khojali genocide not happen? You are telling me that you have three things about Armenia but you also have 0 about Azerbaijan. You are here on Misplaced Pages 12 years and you are trying to tell me that you don't know everything so well? If you are going to tell me that it's the sources and you didn't do anything wrong: you are literally stating the sources that contain only negativity about Azerbaijan. You are not doing justice. Azerbaijan is all negativity to you. Can you people just live in peace? Tell me honestly do you really like to spread negativity?
  4. I'm telling you again, i opened one of the links you sent to me and i was frightened. Everything is against Azerbaijan here. The wprs is not reliable and these sources are not reliable at all.
Egl7 (talk) 20:14, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
Also i don't quite understand this "Misplaced Pages does engage in anachronism". Misplaced Pages says itself that there are 30 million people living in Iran. I opened up the en.wikipedia and it says 23 millions. Is this not convincing? Do you mean that this is anachronism? Then I can call everything i see "anachronism" on Misplaced Pages. Egl7 (talk) 20:39, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
It's obvious that you are active here if you reverted my changes back and answered my questions in minutes. And i'm sure that if i swap Azerbaijani and Armenian languages you are going to ignore my changes.
It seems you still don't get the difference between those two diffs. And you do not know me, so please refrain from making these kind of claims. And you did still not answer why you swapped Armenian and Kurdish, so that the former appeared last.
So... did the Armenian genocide happen? It's a simple yes or no question.
You are not kidding, right? The point of your profile is mostly to support Armenia's actions. Sheer whataboutism. This is not an appropriate place for your issues with Armenia and its conflict with Azerbaijan. Please refrain from making WP:NPA/WP:ASPERSIONS, and please take this somewhere else, eg. a forum. HistoryofIran (talk) 20:39, 7 January 2025 (UTC)
  1. Tell me why would it be the other way. There were more Kurdish people than Armenian, so how is it possible that there is a bigger number of people that spoke Armenian?
  2. It did happen, though, in many sources it's said that it was a war, not a genocide. What does this have to do with all i said above?
  3. So do you betray your friends? This is a simple yes or no question.
  4. Did the Khojali genocide happen? It's also a simple yes or no question.
  5. I repeat that i don't quite understand this "Misplaced Pages does engage in anachronism". Misplaced Pages says itself that there are 30 million people living in Iran. I opened up the en.wikipedia and it says 23 millions. Is this not convincing? Do you mean that this is anachronism? Then I can call everything i see "anachronism" on Misplaced Pages.
  6. I never mentioned neither any issues with any country nor any conflicts.

Hazrat Ishaan stuff

Hello, me again. So a while back I did some clean-up on the article Qadiriyya wa Naqshbandiyya, to make it look like a proper Misplaced Pages article. I also saw something some months ago on Reddit about some dude called Raphael Dakik, a German-Afghan who created a government-in-exile. I spent some time leaning about Dakik, and I have got an idea of who he is. So then I came across this, and decided to help Remote-Control65 out. After looking at Remote-Control65's contributions, I could see that they are somewhat of a WP:SPA, all their contributions are basically like these. However, I think there is more to this guy- they could be a sockpuppet of Sayyid Mir Israfil, who I heard of from the Qadiriyya wa Naqshbandiyya page . I have launched an investigation here.
