I want to add the promotion owners to ] but it's impossible to directly link the best independent source - the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) website. They have a list of registered businesses in a database, including wrestling promotions - but because it's a search engine as such and has a time limit (I think) no direct linking is possible. So how do I cite such a source? Thanks. ] (]) 11:43, 16 October 2014 (UTC) |

:: No they don't, because they don't go to the actual entry with the owner's name. They just go to the list - the "business directory" (as you put it) - which is hardly what is needed. ] (]) 20:42, 16 October 2014 (UTC) |

:::OK, then please describe how I can reach the page you're trying to link to so I can take a look. ] (]) 21:06, 16 October 2014 (UTC) |
:::: I'll use one as an example - Snakepit Pro Wrestling. Use the second link you gave, select "Business Names Holder - Organisation" and in the name box type "Snakepit". There will be 11 responses and the one with wrestling in it is near the bottom of the list. Click on the link and that's the page I want to cite (it has the owner's name right there). I can't do all of them as not all the entries show the owner (and one shows a fake name so I can't use it) but it's a start. ] (]) 21:30, 16 October 2014 (UTC) |

:::::I see the issue. ''for a while'' linked to the Snakepit Adelaide Pro Wrestling entry for me, and now it merely links to the search page. Apparently they maintain "session" information for a while, and when that information expires, so do the links. Maybe will prove more stable? It also includes back to ASIC, so creating permanent links to ASIC is possible, though getting them from the ABN lookup seems rather complicated. ] (]) 22:29, 16 October 2014 (UTC) |
:::::: That seems to be a permanent link, so maybe that could work. ABN's though can be fickle, so I wouldn't call it a final solution - but it's a start at least. I'll work on the others and see how we go in that direction. These are links that probably need to be watched. ] (]) 02:38, 17 October 2014 (UTC) |

If the reference from PCW isn't good enough for the "Trained by" section, why is it good enough for his first title (current ref #8)? And why is you're unreferenced edit better than a referenced one for the ] you tried to claim? Seems you have a case of ] going on. ] (]) 03:11, 21 June 2015 (UTC) |
: Titles are simple, and besides just because he performed there does not mean he trained there. Actual training is more complicated and a specific name is required in the case of a non notable training facility. Besides, per WP:OR I happen to know that PCW did NOT train Matt. ] (]) 09:59, 21 June 2015 (UTC) |

::::: That does not mean he was TRAINED there. Big difference. In 2007 there were two training centres that were not related to any promotion. *I removed from the ] because, frankly, it's confusing which article(s) the dispute is about (and if the dispute is about user talk pages, well, that isn't exactly what that board is for). :: Only two users are involved. GaryColemanFan and me - and just now he has attempted to bully me on the Buddy Murphy talk page. The first issue is not about the talk pages. It's about the identity of an IP. He is adamant that it's banned user Justa Punk. I can't say that it's definitely not, but there is nowhere near enough proof to justify his assertion that the IP can't edit. That doesn't fit anywhere that I know of (including the DRN) hence the 3O request. ] (]) 05:02, 26 June 2015 (UTC) |

Regarding , a month or two ago, there was a '''''LONG''''' discussion on ], which established that WWE's PPV model had been exceeded by it's WWE Network model, and as such most WWE PPV templates, it was decided, needed to contain PPV-level WWE Network events, of which ] was one. : {{ping|TrueCRaysball}} King of the Ring was NOT a part of it. It was not a separate event. Part 1 was on Raw which was network TV and that kills it as a point. If the whole tournament had been on one show that would be different. ] (]) 00:48, 7 July 2015 (UTC) |

: Additional - the King of the Ring presentation was part of a live event which also included that week's Main Event show and the taping for Smackdown that week. It was not a stand alone live show at the venue, which also counts against it. ] (]) 01:07, 7 July 2015 (UTC) |
