There is nothing in the picture to show he is providing them free, and I'm sure somewhere in the world someone has placed a plate on their head other than just here. Sorry Mhhossein it just looks like a guy sitting down selling food. There is nothing in the picture to show he is providing them free, and I'm sure somewhere in the world someone has placed a plate on their head other than just here.
