Hi there, | |||
You recently deleted a draft biography page I created for an author, Frank Golding, on the grounds that the sources were largely from the subject himself. I tried to include a substantial amount of source from reputable newspapers and archives, but I would be happy to return to the draft and add more if it could be restored. Finally, if there is any wikipedia guidance on striking a balance for sources for memoirists that would be helpful - the details of the subject's biography are of course sometimes unavoidably best drawn from his own published work because memoir is about the self. Many thanks for your consideration. ] (]) 02:32, 8 January 2025 (UTC)DeEsCeHa | |||

As with any Draft and article, it's best to only start with the best basics which is in-depth third-party news sources overall, but not press releases, news about funding, financing and partnerships, trivial passing mentions, interviews or other triviality about the company itself.
