As soon as they retire, they move elsewhere, and so out of 650 people in town, the number of people over 65 is virtually zero. (That particular example doesn't apply here as it's not in the US and so your template isn't in the article, but there may be some places like that where the demographics skew very heavily towards workers, perhaps like Prudhoe Bay, AK, or Minot, ND or other big oil towns.) | |||

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
