User:Panam2014, not exactly. "Basic Law:The Government" does allow the cabinet to act through committees and cabinets, and specifically to form and empower the security cabinet. It does appear that the current government has specifically empowered the current security cabinet to form a war cabinet sub-committee. Rami R 08:02, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
