==Fair use rationale for Image:Ahmadinejad.gif==

== Talk Page ==
Thanks for uploading ''']'''. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under ] but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Misplaced Pages articles constitutes fair use.

Please go to ] and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Barefact, I reverted back your edit because it did contain removal of sourced material. As alidoostzadeh said, you can't remove the statement about Scythians being Iranian because it is a generaly accepted theory. Of course nothing is certain about scythians and there are some disputes but matters as old as scythians are mostly disputed. Scythians are categorized as Iranian people because according to the scythian inscriptions that were found their language was an eastern Iranian language.(] 18:58, 8 September 2006 (UTC))

If you don't sign the mediation you'll both be convicted internally and banned. Sign or get the hell out. Touch the article again and you'll be gone permanantly from Misplaced Pages. The question you should ask yourself is this: do you feel lucky? You've already lost and just don't know it. "Sourced" biased or not, information has not been removed but moved. You two removed that. Your recent editing history at The Stoning of Soraya M. shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Erik (talk | contrib) 01:45, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans

Notice

The article Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to be a notable organization, all the citations are to itself.

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 3 September 2024 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:PAAIA.jpg

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:PAAIA.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:47, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
