| I am not an administrator, actually, but I'm glad I was able to help. I think the other editors really mean no harm; they're just sticking to the letter of the Misplaced Pages policies, and there's really nothing wrong or at least offensive in that by itself. I'm still a bit new to Misplaced Pages myself, and I'm still learning about the policies too. I'm also still learning about the community, and what I have learned so far is that by far the vast majority people do have the best intentions. I do appreciate that you want to make meaningful contributions to Misplaced Pages, but if something happens to be against policy, I don't think there's much you can do in a place like this where majority often holds sway.
