My only relation to the specific matter / person in question is that I can 100% assure you that your claims of "unambiguous" or "direct" copy of anything are absurd and that Misplaced Pages will NEVER receive any DMCA claims neither from Ms. Tkachuk nor her institution of employment on this matter. I hope in future you will refrain from assuming bad things on people and divert your proactive admin efforts towards something constructive instead.
